I love getting to know my clients before a session—whether it’s your child’s senior portraits, your dream maternity shoot, or your wedding day. If you’re a fan of in-person meet-and-greets, I’m all for it! We can grab coffee, smoothies, lunch, sushi—whatever works for you—and chat about your vision. Meeting face-to-face gives us a chance to connect, make sure we’re a great fit, and get excited about creating your perfect session together.

Booking
Booking with me is never meant to feel stressful. My goal is to make the process easy, comfortable, and even exciting. We’ll make sure we’re a good fit, that we’re on the same page, and that I fully understand what you’re envisioning. And if you’re not quite sure what you want yet—that’s completely okay! I can absolutely help you figure out your style and your vibe. If for any reason I’m not the best fit for your vision, I’m always happy to recommend someone I trust. At the end of the day, I want you to feel confident and excited about who’s capturing your memories.
Dates and Deposits
Once we choose a date for your session, I’ll send over a contract that includes a questionnaire, the session agreement for you to sign, and the invoice for your deposit. A deposit is required to officially reserve your date on my calendar. Deposits are nonrefundable unless the cancellation is due to something on my end. However, I understand that life happens—depending on the circumstance, we can absolutely reschedule and move your session to a new date without requiring a second deposit. My goal is to keep the process clear, fair, and stress-free while securing your special day.
Style Guide + Client Closet
I offer style guides upon request to help you and your family coordinate beautifully—think complementing each other rather than perfectly matching. Choosing outfits can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to make it simple and cohesive. For many sessions, I also have a client closet filled with tons of dresses for moms, women, teenage girls, little girls, baby girls, and even some options for baby boys. At this time, I don’t carry men’s or teenage boys’ clothing, but I’m always happy to guide you with styling suggestions so everyone looks and feels their best.
Delivery
I aim to deliver sessions within two weeks so you’re not waiting long to relive your memories. Weddings are handled on a case-by-case basis and do take a bit longer due to the volume and detail involved. I love sharing sneak peeks shortly after your session—if you prefer that your images not be shared on social media, please just let me know! I’m also a little different than some photographers: I don’t send full galleries of unedited images because you wouldn’t be seeing my true vision. Instead, you’ll receive a curated gallery of fully edited images to choose from—or you can always upgrade to the full gallery (wink, wink). If there are small adjustments or fixes needed, I’m happy to take care of those. All images are delivered digitally, and if you’re interested in prints or albums, I can absolutely recommend some high-quality labs I trust and love.
